My system automatically sends a confirmation email to the email you entered when you place your order. Please double check that you entered your email correctly before submitting your order! I suggest also checking your junk mail before losing all hope.

While I average around 3-4 weeks turnaround time for orders, sometimes it takes longer depending on a bunch of different variables. If it’s been way longer than 4 weeks and you still haven’t gotten your thing, send me an email and I’ll let you know where I’m at in the process of fulfilling your order!

Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the carrier, and unfortunately I don’t have access to information beyond what is available via your tracking number.

First you should check your shipping address to make sure it was correctly inputted at checkout. If that looks correct and your order is marked as delivered, it’s possible it was delivered to a neighbor or left on a delivery truck by accident - please contact your neighbors and/or mail person to check!

everything I do is made to order, meaning I don’t have a stocked inventory of already printed garments ready to stuff into a mailer bag right away. Because everything is made to order, I have to order a blank version of the item to print on. This process takes time depending on how quickly the brand I buy from is able to ship the blank to me.

The other thing is, my videos sometimes pop the fuck off on tiktok and I’ll get an influx of orders that makes it tricky to get everything sent out in a timely manner. I assure you I’m always working and stressing trying to get things printed and sent off as soon as humanly possible.

this is my art, therefore I like to be the one who makes the art. I’m not just a graphic designer, I’m a screen print artist, meaning the printing process is very much part of the product you’re buying. Not only are you paying for a quality print on a super quality garment, but you’re buying a chunk of my time. Each shirt takes me up to 5 minutes to make from start to finish, sometimes longer depending on inevitable hurdles that come with manually screen printing everything by hand. You can imagine now that if I get flooded with 200 orders one week, that means I’ll be spending about 16-20 hours printing alone, not counting the fulfillment process. (me sitting on my couch drowning in piles of folded shirts watching bobs burgers)
